Where to begin…

If you're a person who enjoys beautiful skies, then you really should come to our area and see the incredible cloud formations.  This is a special area that gets a certain wind off the mountains that creates amazing clouds.

We’ve got the real desert life out here: roadrunners, coyotes, tarantulas, snakes and more. Many people come to this area to mine for gold. Some are lucky!

The air is crystal clear, nights are quiet and the smell of sagebrush is all around. Our schools are good ones.  We have numerous churches in our community of every imaginable denomination.

And…of course, there is still plenty of space and land to build exactly what you want. If you don’t want to build, there are affordable homes just waiting for you. If you’re looking for an investment, this is a growing area with much to offer in the way of growth in the future.
